The EFISC-GTP Code

Food and feed ingredients have to remain safe throughout the food chain, from production to consumption. To help ensure this safety, professionals of the feed and food material sector have developed a certification scheme for feed and food ingredients: the EFISC-GTP Code. This code also covers the transport, storage and distribution of food and feed ingredients.

The scheme is applied throughout the EU, thus making it more efficient and increasing consumer confidence.
